The special occasion awards solution partners with the highest quality of implementation and customer service. Specifically, for the Mando team our award acknowledged the high level of engagement we have with our clients and the continued commitment we pursue in understanding their needs.

We have multiple large utilities-based implementations running on the Optimizely digital experience platform (DXP) and in-depth experience of supporting business critical applications for regulated industries.

With a specific focus of helping our customers do more online, we use the Optimizely DXP to deliver seamless customer experiences that optimise digital journeys.

We currently have over twenty team members from our strategy and developer departments studying with the Optimizely Academy. Maintaining such a high level of expertise enables them to engineer the best digital experiences for complex enterprise level projects. The constant commitment in training our team in multiple departments helps us to deliver highly personalised solutions to business objective-led challenges using the latest technology advances.

In the past 18 months especially, digital transformation has accelerated at an incredible pace but by working with the best minds in our industry, it has allowed us to drive our customers ambitions ahead of the curve.

As we also celebrated our 24th birthday as an organisation last week, we would like to thank all our digital partners and our team that have worked collaboratively and consistently over the many years.
